    Dear Sir or Madam,

    The China Association for Preservation and Development of Tibetan Culture (CAPDTC) is a non-profit and non-government organization consisting of volunteers both in China and abroad who love Tibetan culture and care for its preservation and development. It was founded in June 2004.
    The First Tibetan Culture Forum will be held in Beijing from 10th to 11th October, 2006. A week visit to Tibetan Autonomous Region(TAR) will be followed. The CAPDTC is the sponsor of the Forum. It is with great pleasure that I extend this invitation to you to attend the First Tibetan Culture Forum. The fee in Beijing and TAR will be paid by the sponsor.
