The Association is located in Beijing.

Establishment and Amendment of the Charter

The Charter shall be voted upon and approved by the first session of the Members’ Congress.

Amendment of the Charter shall be submitted to the Members’ Congress for approval after the vote by the Council.

The amended Charter shall be submitted to relevant departments for approval in time (within 30 days) before going into effect.
